This is a market-rate housing development. Residents will be responsible for fulfilling the entirety of their payments on their own. Rent is $2,200 per month inclusive of the provided utilities listed in the ‘Nest Details’ section. A security deposit equal to the first month’s rent is also due upon lease signing.
